So, long story short, my clarinet was kicked onto pavement and the pavement scratched the keys. I'm looking for a way to get the scratches off of my brand new clarinet.

The damaged keys will need to be refinished as deep scratches can't be tidied up easily - they'll need to be removed from the clarinet, the pads and key corks removed then the scratches filed, papered up and polished smooth which will remove the plating. Then they'll need to be replated, refitted to the clarinet and new key corks and pads installed.

If you don't mind a less than perfect replating job as Chris has suggested why not just apply clear finger nail polish on the keys so affected.

Oooooooh , DO NOT use a coating of nail polish. I assume you are talking about the pinky paddle keys. It makes the keys much more tacky. This will quite severely affect your technique.
New horn, new scratches. They won't be the last. I do sympathize but I'd just try to get used to them
