This piece for two clarinets and string trio is not listed in the Sneezy composition database (far as I can tell)

I have an old edition of the work (Max Eschig, Paris) with the clarinet parts written in C ("en Ut"). Obviously, the parts are meant to be transposed for Bb clarinet, especially since the piece ends on a low Eb for the second clarinet.

MY QUESTION IS THIS:
Does anyone know if newer editions of this work have been transposed for Bb clarinet????

Perhaps one reason for its relative obscurity is the fact that it's too demanding to try to transpose the whole piece. Wouldn't you think that the French publishers would want clarinetists of all abilities to purchase this beautiful music? Especially since the music is very expensive.
