Listening to one of RM's masterclasses and he asks for an orchestral piece which begins w a cadenza for b flat clarinet playing a written low f#. Couldn't hear the answer. Any ideas?

Tchaikovsky's Francesca da Rimini has a cadenza that starts on low f-sharp but the piece doesn't start with the cadenza. (There aren't a whole lot of pieces that start with a clarinet cadenza).
