I'm a student clarinettist hoping to contact Behn about his Artist line mouthpieces. I've used the email that's listed on his web page, but it's been about 3-4 days (4 days where I am, but there's a 12 hour difference between my time zone and EST) and he hasn't replied.
Is this normal? Should I wait a few more days / another week before sending him another email?

He always responds as soon as possible.
If there is a delay, he has good reasons, so I suggest to wait.

Indeed, in my experience, Brad always, always responds to e-mail inquiries. I'd wait a few more days for a reply.

He is on Facebook as well. I haven't had trouble getting a hold of him that way or email, and he also has a phone number listed on his site.
