I have a full boehm system with a low Eb key. It's great except 3rd line B and low E are flat. Can anything be done to the low Eb pad or tone hole to rectify the problem? Thanks.

It is normal for the lowest notes on your clarinet to be flat. Perhaps the flatness of the middle B is caused by the low Eb pad not opening far enough. Just a guess--good luck!!!

Katfish -
If both low E and the B above are flat, you're lucky. All that needs to be done is to set the low Eb key more open. A repair shop can do this easily.
The next step, requiring some artistic work, could be to undercut the low Eb hole or work on the bell. But first try just setting the key to open higher.
Best regards.
