SELF PROMOTION?

I HAVE SEEN FEW PEOPLE GETTING A REPLY FROM SOMEONE SAYING THAT THE MESSAGE WAS DELETED CAUSE OF SELF PROMOTION!
ALL THE PERSON SAID WAS THANK YOU FOR EVERYONE WHO ANSWERED THIS REPLY??????????,

Incorrect. The deleted message included advertising for a commercial product or performance.

Lizzie, if the message is deleted (by me, the Webmaster) then you can't tell what it said, right?

I delete messages on occasion when they violate the few rules we have here. One of the most important rules here is no commercial self-promotion or advertising - this is for us to talk to each other. Once in a while I'll allow a little "slip" to get through, but in general it's banned. There's other ways here on Sneezy for people to get the word out - the Announcements section, the Resources, and Classifieds are free, and anyone is welcome to help sponsor & get their message displayed on Sneezy. I just don't want advertising in the BBoard messages.

Commercial vendors are free (and welcome!) to answer questions here about their product when asked by our members as long as they stay within bounds (meaning no panning of competing products and staying on-topic for the particular question). It's a fine line, but I've been very happy with almost all of the vendors who have responded here.

Geez, what a bunch of nazi fascists! there's nothing wrong with saying Hello, I'mlizzie and I play the clarinet, etc, I hope things are going well for you, i teach clarinet and maybe will tell some students you'd like some e-mail pals (I'm in New jersey).
