Please help me identify my clarinet

Hello, I have a clarinet that has SN 1683 on it. These numbers are just above the horn. There is also another number 6 by itself on the third section. There are four sections plus mouth piece. It has 4 stamped areas 3 of them have Buffet Crompons & Co A Paris. The one that's different is on the third section, it reads Brevetes SGDG. Any help greatly appreciated I would love to put a name to it. Thanks
