Hi, Ricardo Morales will be in Vancouver this upcoming week, so if anyone has
a request on a topic for his YouTube series of videos (any specific videos/techniques/rep anyone would like to see new videos of) post here.
This will not be commercial.
Example is how he articulates so quickly, etc., composure before a big solo Concert, etc.

It would be great to have him discuss and demonstrate articulation and tonguing techniques.
Thanks!

His practice routine? How does he keep time during excepts? Mentally or does he tap his foot.....how does he develop tone? Any tone exercises? How to develop a smooth tone?

I definitely would like to know how he has such fast articulation/tonguing. I've heard Ricardo anchor tongues? Maybe if he can go into detail about that. Also does he do any extended techniques (double tonguing or any other extended techniques)? Anything on extended techniques too could be interesting...

I should hasten to point out that there are those amongst us who CAN single tongue very quickly (it's a muscular thing) and those stuck at around a quarter note equals 120 for sixteenth notes. No shame really, but us slow guys really do need to invest in double/tripe tongue techniques to "keep up."

I have a question:
When you use Legere reeds, do you use the same mouthpiece as you do for cane reeds and if so do you use the same strength (one for one) Legere or a 1/4 strength softer or some other conversion?

Thanks for the info David, with the speed of articulation topic - I'm also interested in any articulation/tonguing exercises that he does.
