Looks like the main body part of a student model alto clarinet.
One piece body, goes just to low E. Possible a Bundy?

That's definitely an older Bundy alto body built to low E.
Former oboe finisher

The opinions I express are my own.

That one looks to be in pretty good condition. I just finished putting together one of those, and am about to strat to begin to get to work on the other alto that just needs reassembling. Fortunately, I finally have all of the parts necessary to put together a fully functioning horn. I must say that it has been a lot of fun doing these two. In your case, however, now the hard part starts. You shouldn't have much trouble finding the neck for that one, but the bell is another question. I searched high and low for six months before I found one by buying an old vetran of the high school band wars that miraculously had the turn at the bottom of the bell that was round and didn't look like a flat tire. That is a real rareity. I didn't use any Chinese parts on either of mine, but they are available on "that site that you bid on stuff". I have no idea of whether or not they will fit correctly or not and how are you going to return it to China if it doesn't? By the way I have another of those bodies in much dirtier cindition in case you are in need of any parts.
