I actually know a doubler (sax is main instrument) that purchased an Arthea a few years ago and was quite pleased with the instrument. Based on the bore dimension given on the Henri Selmer website, it appears to be a cousin of the Odysse and the St. Louis. I don't know more than this.

I got a tremendous deal on two Arthea clarinets. They both play very well, but I'm using one as my main clarinet. The other is sitting in the closet.

In my opinion they play very similar to a Selmer 10G, but have the extra key for left hand Ab/Eb. Nice clarinets.
