 cleveland orchestra phrasing system

For all you former Marcellus students, do you know where I can find a reference to the phrasing system that he taught? I think it was the Cleveland orchestra phrasing system. All I have are my notes from lessons and the master classes. Is there a written clarification/explanation of the system? If not, seems to me that a reference to that effect would be invaluable to future clarinetists and musicians in general.
