 trouble with buying Bass Clarinet book on TuttoMusik site

I can not buy the Sparnaay Bass Clarinet book on the TuttoMusik site. I get up to the payment page and it then goes blank. I've e-mailed the company and they say there's no problem and to empty all my cookies. I'm on Mac and tried it with both Firefox and Safari. Any one else have these problems?
