Hi. I sent my mouthpiece to Brad Behn in Oklahoma City about a month ago to get the facing repaired from dents and scratches. He did an amazing job. It looked like brand new when I got it back. It took me a few tries to find a new reed and strength that worked well with the new tip opening but he was extremely helpful throughout the entire ordeal. I was previously using Vandoren V12 3.5s and 4s. When I did my experiment on other brands and strengths I ended up finding that the Rico Reserve 3.5s were the perfect fit after repair. It had a much warmer sound than it previously had before the repair.
He also repairs chips and facing damage as well as adjustments. His website is www.clarinetmouthpiece.com
