Theo Wanne charges an arm and both legs for his mouthpieces. I've read great things about them, but being neither a sax player nor a jazz player, I haven't tried any. The same for Jody Jazz. I'm pretty sure Wanne makes at least one "straight" clarinet mouthpiece.

Sax mouthpieces (particularly metal ones for tenor) have long sold for startlingly high prices, even for new ones. For the tenor equivalent of a pristine Chedeville, you could pay the price of a car. The Yahoo MouthpieceWork and MouthpieceWork2 boards are inhabited (some say infested) by guys who do restoration work.

Jody Jazz clarinet mouthpieces aren't anywhere near the price of Theo Wanne mouthpieces.
