M. Charette:
What do you think of the Maestronet BB? They do a larger volume than sneezy, and they have a great archive of previously posted material for reference.

The Board is the one I just threw out. I do not like it. They added a search feature to it, though, which was nice.
The script is the WWWBoard, the one from Matt's Archives, just gussied up.
I have over 60,000 postings of Klarinet already archived via WebGlimpse. There are many answers (and a fantastic aamount of information) already in those. Try it someday: http://www.clarinet.org/clarinet/Databases.

Followup to my own posting - The Maestronet board only has about 27,000 postings total (2 of the boards are barely used).

Although I like the idea of several bbs on one site, the keyboard on Maestronet (piano bb) crashed so many times that I think a lot of people just gave up on it. It's been awhile since I checked back, because the last several times I looked, there was a whole lotta nothin' goin' on, eventhough the site seemed to be functioning well. The violinists' bb on Maestronet seems to have stayed more active.

Maestronet used to be only a single board. Some months ago it split into several because of all the irritating "I WANT FREE SHEET MUSIC" posts, and to accomodate pianists who might like their own site. As it turns out, mainly the string people are still active. The main crashes on Maestronet had to do with establishing software and hardware upgrades; and that was a while ago.
