Keith Wilson, emeritus Professor of Clarinet at the Yale School of Music, former student of Gustav Langenus.
I haven't seen it on any Internet Page yet, but I got the word from Richard Stoltzman, who was his student - so can't get a better word than that.

If you ever heard Mr. Wilson perform, you would instantly realize that Stoltzman was profoundly influenced by the man.
A vastly under-rated performer and teacher.

Wilson also transcribed music for clarinet. When I was in junior high school long ago, I played his transcription of the Allegro from Mozart's E minor violin sonata K. 304 for solo and ensemble festival.

I heard him play a number of times over the years and studied with him as part of a summer festival. He really encouraged the player to find the expression in the music. In my experiences, he was a very nice person to work with. Many here likely have played his great band transcription of Hindemith's Symphonic Metamorphosis.
Wilson was a major force in the development and growth of the Yale music program.
