Okay, so i have gotten a request from a friend of the family who's husband just passed away, to play some jazz or swing at a wake. They used to dance and listen to a great deal. This is very short notice so I'll be playing unaccompanied.
The wake is tomorrow and was just asked last night to do this.
I currently have Begin the Beguine, Summertime, and nothing else. It doesn't add up to much play time. I was hoping for about 10 minutes of music played maybe 2 or 3 times throughout the day.
I need sheet music, so if you have an idea, please email me the music and or discuss here and see if somebody else could supply.
Thank you so much for you help.

Consider: A Closer Walk With Thee
Dr. Michael White does this great....a bluesy dirge with a Nawlins character.

For the wake of our long time drummer, we chose "Blue Skys". The remaining five of us played it sans drum set.......RIP Toby (Tom Parker, father of Sara Jessica Parker)
