Clarinettologia by Gaspare Tirincanti

Just heard Alassandro Cabonare playing 'Clarinettologia' from a previous post. I tried Sheet Music Plus to try and get the music but alas no luck.

Does anyone know where this can be found.

I was just asked about this piece. It appears (I am not 100% sure) that this was published by the Music Center of the Netherlands which closed in 2012. I have not been able to figure out a way to contact the composer either.
