Hi all :-) i am new here .. i just happen to get this very nice clarinet and i am not sure what it is. it would be great if someone could give me more info about it. it is very small so i have put a picture of a regular clarinet compare to it. and add allot of pics

That appears to be an old Albert/simple system Eb clarinet without the 'patent C#' (double pad cups on the F/C key).
It does look to be a very good quality and very well made instrument, but they're not worth all that much in the market place. It will however be worth more if it's tuned to A-440Hz (or 'Low Pitch'/LP) as opposed to High Pitch (or HP) which is around A-452Hz as they can't be played alongside Low Pitch instruments (such as your Normandy).

I just checked it and it is tuned to 440. i put my regular clarinet reeds there and it plays but the reed is to big.

Just clip the butt end off standard Bb reeds. Cheap and easy.

Just for sake of completeness "Henri Frenier" was a trade name used for WIs imported to the US for the US Government. Actual makers are anonymous now.

The Bb is a Normandy, or perhaps a Noblet. Both were made by Leblanc and are very good student-level clarinets. The body, and probably the barrel and bell, are made of plastic.
The Eb is a standard "Albert" system (though without the rings often added on the top joint. The fingering system is different from the Bb's Boehm system. The body is definitely wood and the keywork is very sturdy (almost clunky). It definitely *does* have the patent F#/C# mechanism, which is a great convenience. Check for cracks, especially at the top of the bell. The pads, if they're anything like the one shown in your third photo, are shot and must be replaced.
I doubt that a standard Bb reed shortened at the butt, will work on an Eb mouthpiece. It'll be too wide. Spring for a couple of Eb reeds.

Thanks so much for the info :-) i could not see any cracks it was kept very good and it is in mint condition. it actually plays with a Bb reed but not to great i will have to get a Eb one.
