looking for a flashy, fun solo piece to be played with a small pops orchestra. orchestra part no higher than 3.5 , solo part can be higher level. also it would be great to keep 5 hyper young drummers busy. thanks for any and all help

If you play E-flat, try Cavallini's Carnival of Venice.

Adagio and Tarentella by Cavallini and put the drummers in a large cage with some squeeky toys.

Even more effective: Put the drummers in a cage with big sheets of bubble-wrap to pop. The Drummer Mind can't resist it.

Kat, have to agree with Viktors Tale! Have only just found it but am totally addicted. Have just joined a concert band playing Eb soprano and Bb but they suggested I play alto too and loaned me one. I found Viktor's Tale through that association. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=em3e4nPdjDM
