Hi,
So I'm looking for a clarinet book with scales, arpeggios and any other exercises. It has to be under ten dollars, and I'm wondering what's out there.
Thank you.

I have scales, arpeggios & thirds written out in all the major & minor keys.
Nothing fancy, but enough to get you started.
Contact me offline if you want them.

Baermann 3 is free at <http://conquest.imslp.info/files/imglnks/usimg/9/90/IMSLP225490-PMLP369476-CBaer\
mann_Clarinet_Method__Op.63_part3.pdf>.
However, print version is only $15.95 from Gary van Cott http://www.vcisinc.com/clarinetmusicmethods.htm, item C107. You'll eat up any savings in printer paper and toner, and then you'll have it only in loose pages.
