What have you found from your experience as a clarinet player, teacher, or professional works the best from a reed standpoint with the Vandoren 5RV lyre mouthpiece?

What is the difference between a 3 1/2 plus Vandoren reed and a "blue box" 3 1/2 Vandoren reed?

A "blue box" Vandoren *is* a Vandoren reed. What "3 1/2 plus Vandoren reed" are you comparing it to? V12 or 56 Rue lepic?
