Who use silent pad? I have ploblem with it, water in uper joint , not in tune it so sharp. Or beter to change to original pad. Thanks so much.

Pads of any kind don't create water problems nor do they affect the tuning.

Because they are a synthetic material, they would NOT absorb any moisture at all. Also, if the surface of the pad that meets the tone hole is particularly smooth, there may be a greater tendency for water adheasion. So yes, pads can cause more problems with the naturally occuring condensation.
As for tuning, if these pads are particularly thin (as shown in the link above) without adjusting the key heights, the added openness might cause the intonation to be higher (or at least different).
I would say you just need a better repairman to check the work.
