So take your A clarinet and read up a step, as you do on Bb for parts in C.

That said, I'm not aware of modern instrument workshops that play at 415. Mostly it's baroque flute, oboe, recorder and bassoon. I've done many of these on recorder. Classical music groups that include clarinet usually play at 430.

Odd, I noted several programs that advertised tuning to A = 415 in the ACMP catalog.
