I have been urged to just avoid Mozart for competitions because people rarely win with it. I think it is because the judge normally has his "perfect" Mozart in mind, and you'll probably not live up to that person's ideal version. I think that's sort of similar for Weber considering his prevalence in the repertoire, but to a lesser extent.
I'd go with Weber.
