How do you create a Repertoire List?

Hello Everybody!

When creating a Repertoire List do we go alphabetically by the last name of the composer?

Also, if you have only played the first and second movement of a Sonata do you specifically write what you have played or leave the whole title, same question with concertos.

Related question: Do you include all the pieces you've ever studied? Or only those you've actually performed, whether for a jury or in concert?

I include all the pieces I have studied.

I include only those pieces that I could perform to my standard of performance within a month.
