Looks more like a full boehm Bb clarinet to me.

It is almost the same as my 1912 Bb Buffet, except that mine doesn't have the wrap around register key.

It is a extended Bb. Pitch is off due to pads missing. Is it worth restoring?

No. Thats a significant crack. Someone suggested $500 in the other thread - I'd expect to pay more than that for a restoration - maybe closer to 1000.

That is a big crack, but it is in the bell, so I don't think it is nearly as significant as a crack anywhere else. Since it isn't structural (doesn't cross any tone holes or keywork mounting points) and it won't cause a leak, I would think it would be relatively easy to repair and fill in. You could probably even just leave it as is and the clarinet would play fine if the main joint were overhauled. Worse case is that you find another old Buffet bell to use instead.
