You may explain "Dip" first. I've never heard of this. I assume some sort of graded test for school or placement in a group?
It's not the repertoire perse but the execution and avoiding bad habits before they become engrained.
Seek out a teacher (this can be virtually anyone who has more experience on the horn than you). As long as you can get some guidance on producing sound, maintaining the instrument and of course, general music tutoring, this is what a teacher should do for you.
Again, not the rep. but how you play it.

The Diploma of the RSM is post Grade 8 certificate. This is a pre-requisite for entry to diploma level usually. I doubt that you will be able to accomplish this after just 4 years playing without a proper teacher. Also your repertoire is a bit small.
The requirement is: When you enter for a Diploma you will need to show that you have reached the minimum standard needed to attempt the exam – we refer to this as a ‘prerequisite’.
We allow a range of substitutions, or alternatives, for these prerequisites. You can also offer appropriate professional experience such as experience as a regular concert performer or as a successful instrumental teacher.
Further information about prerequisites, substitutions and appropriate professional experience can be found in the relevant syllabus and at www.abrsm.org/exams/diplomas
I think your first priority should be to find a suitably qualified clarinet teacher and go from there.
Good luck with your endeavour.
