Buffet identification

I recently acquired a Buffet Bb full boehm that has the separate throat G#/A key mounts but it has the pointed trill guide. The serial number is 475XX. Is this possibly a very early R13?

There are some pre-R13's that have the cut barrel trill key guide as opposed to the pointed sheet metal version so that may not be the best identifier. Does it have the cutout under the RH pinky keys?
