ok...heres what ive decided to do...put my clarinet away instead of leave it on a stand. nothing would probly happen but i would kill myself if something did.

im thinking of playing my old buffet for summer band but dont really want to buy a new barrel (theres 3 cracks right thru) will any barrel do (my neices plastic vito barrel maybe? ) or do i need to get a buffet...dont they cost $150-$200?

IMS sells replacement Buffet barrels for $50.
