 selmer and Leblanc horns

Of course we all know that Buffets seem to be mostly symphony musicians choice in horns.

I've lost track of the best Selmers, since the 10G models were out. I've never played the Leblanc series, but here on this site that a lot of people really like Leblancs. What are the pro models, other than the $6000 model? They've changed their models so fast I can't keep track!

I know that Dave Shifrin played on Selmers, but if he still is what model is he playing on?

I'm playing on Buffets, but I'm toying with buying other horns as well.

Happy Veterans Day to our military friend and former military friends. Thank you.

Hello. I am currently using a Buffet R13 and a Selmer Series 10S A clarinet in my orchestra. I would definitely recommend this clarinet because it is very comfortable in the tone holes for the fingers and makes a nice full sound. It costs around $2500-$3000. But really it is a great clarinet and I love it just as much as my R13.
