I've never seen them online; indeed, sometimes what's written even in a book don't work on particular clarinets.
New Horizons for Clarinet by Phillip Rehfeldt has a number of them; a search through the BBoard should bring up the ISBN

Hello Ken,
I have never found a fingering chart on-line. But the one I have and use is called:
Basic Clarinet Fingerings
G. Leblanc Corporation
Kenosha, Wisconsin
I only have a copy so I can't tell you where to look.
Sorry,
Miles

There's plently of charts online - there's a couple right here on Sneezy in the study section and a whole site dedicated to woodwind fingering as noted in the 1st post.

We have a whole book available with multiphonics and other extended techniques. It is Clarinet of the 21st Century by (Professor) E. Michael Richards. Check our web site at http://www.vcisinc.com (which is right here on sneezy)

There are plenty of fingering charts on line. But no multiphonics fingering charts. If any one finds one, please post the address here.
