Hey guys,
I've recently noticed some pain in my right wrist. Do you think it could have anything to do with the way I hold my clarinet?

Possible. Or perhaps overuse? Have you tried playing with a neckstrap? I have an elastic BG one it helps relieve some of the weight of the instrument resting on your thumb and helped with wrist pain and stuff.
Also make sure when your playing your hand is relaxed and natural. Don't squeeze the clarinet or contort your hand. Be aware of tension.

Carpol tunnal? Nerve block? Maybe have a neurologist double check it or an orthopedist. Try not to wait or if it gets worse, such as numbness in the fingers, or if any of the digits (fingers) stop moving correctly. I had to have surgery, thus the reason to keep an eye on your wrist. Kind of weird, I had numbness in the fingers and the problem was the elbow nerve. Well this would be the worst that could happen. The surgery went really well, saving a lot of musicians from discomfort.
A lot of players use that strap that C.Elizabeth07 suggested and some of the players, myself included move the thumb rest about a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch, even the adjustable ones are often moved slightly. A repairman can do this. You could too, but be ever so careful not to strip the new screw holes and also plug up the old holes, after you've found the desired comfortable fit. Any repairman can fill the 2 holes within about 15 minutes. Of course people have all sorts of finger lengths so clarinetist often have to be fitted.
Some people bend their wrists. Try to keep it straight or maybe use a brace; a fitted brace from a doctor. I'd avoid the over the counter ones unless the doctor approves it.
Musicians playing the Mozart Concerto and the quintet with the longer extended A clarinet holes and keys use a strap.

Just make sure that your right index finger hovers over the BOTTOM sidekey. If your index finger naturally sits HIGHER than this key, you'll always be using your thumb to 'push your hand down' to reach it every time (for Ebs and Bbs).
