Major orchestra . . . good news!

It seems as if we've been hearing nothing but bad news lately from major symphony orchestras (Atlanta, Indianapolis, Minnesota, etc.) . Here's some positive news from Buffalo.

Falleta is a very talented conductor (I think I saw her when she was with the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra). Don't underestimate the impact of good leadership from the podium (both musically and as a 'public figure').

Buffalo is excellent and has had good conductors, such as M T Thomas.
