German translations for clarinet parts

Howdy,

I had my first lesson with a German high school exchange student on Thursday, and though her English is much better than my German ever was, we're having translation problems.

I don't trust a German>English dictionary to give me the proper translation for these parts of the clarinet:

- mouthpiece
- barrel
- bell
- body
- key work
- key
- pad
- tone hole
- ligature
- bore
- reed

(I'm sure I'll come across more.)

Can anyone here help?

Mouthpiece=Mundstu"ck (the u" is a u with an umlaut)
Key=Klappe
Reed=Blatt (plural is Bla"tter)

Those are the ones I know off the top of my head...

Other than that, the ring keys are usually called "die Brille" (eyeglasses) because they resemble eyeglasses.

Moutpiece = Mundstück
Barrel = Birne
Bell = Trichter
Body = Körper (Oberstück/Upper Joint, Unterstück = Lower Joint)
Keywork = Mechanik
Key = Klappe, Hebel
Pad = Polster
Tone Hole = Tonloch
Ligature = Blattschraube (on German MP's they normally uses a "Blattschnur")
Bore = Bohrung
Reed = Blatt
