Ten years ago i purchased an alto clarinet at a music store fire sale. I pulled it out of storage today and haven't been able to find any information on it. The make is ROB T MOLIERE, ARTISTE FRANCE - this is was is etched on the bell in a crest. Its a five piece wood. Would anyone have any info?

I have a B-flat clarinet that I inherited from my father with the same markings. He got it in Michigan just before WWII broke out. He attended Michigan State and was in the marching band until he joined the Navy. I took lessons on it in Jr. Hi, but did not continue. I got it this year after his death. It does need new pads, but I would like more information about these instruments if anyone knows more. Supposedly it was one of the last instruments out of France before the Germans invaded.
