No, not an error.
The Pomarico "A clarinet mouthpieces" have actually been available for a number of years, but few people ever talk about them.
I tried a few of them many years ago and the only difference I noticed was that they were slightly more open and had a shorter facing than the corresponding Bb mouthpiece. (medium = sapphire, open = diamond)
I prefer my 40 year old Vandoren crystals.

Thanks for that link.
I still think it's impractical to use separate mouthpieces/set-ups on both Bb and A clarinets (and also C) for the reasons mentioned in that thread.
I wonder how many A clarinet mouthpieces they actually sell in any given year?
