there's this movie on tv called Balto, I'm trying to do my tax and just have the tv on in the background- but this AWESOME clarinet player has a solo now and again... I wonder who it is?

Assuming that this is the 1995 animated film most of the tracks were performed by the London Symphony. Most likely your soloist is whoever the principal clarinetist was back in 1995.
