So I will be playing the Weber Concertino in June. My edition was edited by Reginald Kell. My teachers edition by ...(cant remember). There are definite differences.
Teacher suggested it might be interesting to look at the original - if I could find it.
how does one see an original composition?

The manuscript of the concertino is in the possession of "Weber's great-granddaughter, Miss Mathilde v. Weber, in Dresden"
The link above contains a scan of a single page. Mr Simon states above that he was able to procure photocopies of the manuscript and those of the of the two concerti and the quintet, but does not say how.
Large libraries would be my first port of call on a hunt like this usually. We're fortunate in the UK that the British Library holds a relatively large collection of interesting manuscripts for example.

The manuscript is obviously the most original source, If the inconvenience of seeing the manuscript outweighs the benefit in seeing it, another option might be an urtext edition. In the case of the Weber Concertino, the Henle edition claims to be urtext and to provide a copy of the original and a copy of Baermann's version. Also, Pamela Weston's edition for Fentone (now apparently De Haske) is based on the original and includes a copy of the original (i.e. created from the original with no editing) in the piano score for comparison with her edition. (Less than $15 from Amazon, this might be your easiest and least expensive option.) The Weston version also includes a cadenza used by Baermann when he performed the work.
FWIW, according to Weston (writing in 1987), the manuscript is in the Deutsche Staatsbibliothek, Berlin.

I've seen his edition of the Concertino, arranged for clarinet and piano, and it is as he describes it in his article, leaving out many ornaments and slurs that everyone plays.
The Henle edition http://www.amazon.com/Weber-Concertino-Clarinet-Orchestra-Folios/dp/B003A7EZI8/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1336056652&sr=8-5 contains what is said to be a transcription of the manuscript plus a second version with Baermann's additions.
If you simply want what everyone plays, get the Carl Fischer edition http://www.vcisinc.com/clarinetpa.htm, item #PA002. A couple of errors: At measure 177, the first 6 notes should be written as sixteenth notes, and not as thirty-seconds, and at measure 212, on the "and of 5", the sixteenth note should be F not E. In the International (Kell) edition, the solo part at measure 66 has the fourth beat as 16th notes F G# F G natural. There should be no G#, and the piano part shows it as F G F G.
