A few early Freeman clarinets were Buffet R-13 stencils. They're marked something like "by Buffet" and the key guide for the trill keys goes around the top two keys. These are worth seeking out.

Most of the Freeman instruments on eBay are Pedler stencils. These have two guides for the top trill keys. One has only a single side and is just above the thumb hole. The other goes around just the top trill key. I've tried a couple of these and found them mediocre. They're just about worth the $100 or so they sell for.

Best regards.
