Can you guys share your thoughts on these two clarinets and tell me which one will you choose?
I have tried my teacher's pair of Signature that has an unbelivable sound especially the A clarinet. He says that the Recital has the same dark sound, but they tend to hold back a little in terms of volume. Does anyone experimented this as well?

It all depends on you and what you want out of a clarinet. One setup that works for someone does not work for all.
I have tried both the recital and the signature. I was only able to try one signature and wasn't crazy about the tone quality-- it had practically no "color" to it. Other signatures are probably different and better than the one I was able to try...
The recital was beautiful in terms of tone quality, but as you were told, it does indeed hold back in terms of volume. The bore is extremely thick on this clarinet to give it a dark tone. That's all well and good, but it sacrifices volume. I have been told that the recital is most appropriate for chamber music and small ensemble work, but not so much for orchestral playing, because it lacks the ability to "sing out".
When buying a clarinet at WWBW a few years ago, I had it down to a Buffet Tosca and a Selmer Recital. The Tosca won, simply because I could play louder on it. If the Recital had more range in terms of volume, that probably would have won!

You have to try them both and see what's best for you. I play a signature Bb that I bought 4 years ago, love it. When I tried them out I did try several reciatal's but found them very heavy and not quite as warm and full sounding, but that was for me with my MP and my taste. I tried 5 Signatures and didn't like several of them nearly as much as the one I choose. Every clalrinet I've ever tried in my life of any brand and type have been somewhat different from the others. You just have to try them to know. Pay close attention to intonation when choosing a clarinet, if there's something you can't easily adjust or have a tech fix do not buy it, you will live to regret it no matter what make or model you buy. I loved my Recitals when I had them, but they did end up being very heavy after a while! As Mr. Palanker said, make sure you check for the intonation tendencies!

I owned a Recital years ago. I fell in love with the sound but after some years the restrictions in volume made me to sell it.
That certainly had something to do with the mouthpiece setup. But at that time I thought it would be better to change the instrument and not the mouthpiece.
I have tried the Signature sometimes but I found the sound too boring, especially if you compare them with the professional Buffets.
