What instrument is this?

It looks like some sort of clarinet but ive never seen anything like it.
Cant see the inscription on it, something like swicht.. und... sonds-GRASLITZ

Could anyone tell me how much aproximately is it worth?

That is hilariousl! It is an old 10 key conical bore wooden flute with a clarinet barrel and mouthpiece fitted to the top end. It is probably not worth much, as it consists of parts of two different instruments. The maker name on the flute part may determine the value.
