worthwhile to refurb?

Came across an old Bb clarinet used either by my father or an uncle circa 1930s. Wondering if it's worthwhile to refurb it for possible use by a grandson starting lessons. I don't see a serial number but the logo (pix attached) reads 'Symphony' 'France' 'Professional model'. The instrument is all wood.

A picture showing more of the instrument than the logo would be helpful, but from the picture you did show it looks like this is and Albert system clarinet and not a Boehm system clarinet. In the US 99% of clarinetists use the Boehm system so you would likely have trouble finding someone willing to teach lesson on an Albert system clarinet (key fingerings are completely different).

For a new student you are best off just buying new or used plastic student model from one of the larger makers (Yamaha, Selmer, Vito/Leblanc, Buffet).
