I'm wondering if anyone can help me with Spotify. I know this is somewhat off topic, but it is related, since Spotify is mandatory in my clarinet job.
Anyway, when I try to sign in to Spotify via Facebook, I get a blank white screen. I tried contacting Spotify help, but they said to go to their FAQ page, which doesn't have the answer to my question. Any suggestions?

What's your operating system?
What browser do you use?
Is flash up to date?
Do you use an add blocker?

Usually if you reboot your computer, Spotify should update when your computer is back on, then see if it doesn't fix it. Sometimes they need to update to fix the glitches. TJTG, I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter what browser you use, since Spotify is an actually application.

One of the updates on February's Microsoft Patch Tuesday caused a white screen problem on certain websites accessed through certain routes. So if you are a Windows user and it was working OK till about mid Feb, this might be your problem. It affected my access to another forum via I.E. browser. I used Firefox and this worked. I kept checking with using I.E. and it was about 4 weeks before the web site did a patch.
If you feel the timetable fits try using alternative browsers direct or via Facebook.

I use Windows XP on one computer, and Windows 7 on another. It also doesn't work on my phone. I use Internet Explorer. It didn't work before Feb., so it wasn't the new patch. I have a pop up blocker, but it says that all I need to do is press ctrl while clicking.
Should I disable all firewalls and antivirus? That seems dangerous, but I am getting desperate.
Spotify help finally got back to me, and said to reset my facebook password. It still didn't help-when I try to sign in using my password, it says that I have the wrong password.

You could try clearing all of your cookies and browser history. I have had issues like this with a online textbook/assignment program and resetting my everything helped.

If it isn't working on your phone either... try going to your privacy settings on facebook and check the permissions you gave spotify, maybe you accidentally denied it some sort of necessary access.

For some reason, it started working. I did the same things I've been trying repeatedly for 5 months, and it suddenly worked! Wierd.
