Where to order screws???

Hello!

I play on Buffet E11 (made in Germany), and few screws in my clarinet oxidised and chop. So, who can tell me, where i can find new screws for my clarinet? Lenght of screw is 6mm (0.6cm) It`s not the same screw as in Buffet clarinets, that was made in France.

I'd recommend paying a visit to a local instrument repair person. They may have spare pivot screws in stock or will at least be able to order you a replacement. This should be a standard catalog item for the repair supply companies but they sometimes won't sell to the general public.

The older screws are headless and have a blue plastic blob on them to lock them in place. Schreiber used them on both their clarinets and oboes until they changed over to the Buffet type.

http://www.thebandroom.biz/, apparently, never have had to order screws though. Usually use Music Medic but they don't carry em.
