Twins with amazing sense of ensemble.

The playing by these two twins is very impressive. Not only are they superb clarinet players but the precision of the ensemble is of a very high level. Perhaps being twins is an advantage...

Yes,
Alex and Daniel are from Israel. Their father is a clarinetist in this orchestra. And their grandfather was a ckarinetist in Russia,
They play together since they were 6.

Twins (or siblings in general) can foster a "competition" attitude, which if dealt with correctly, can get two people challenging each other to increase skill and leapfrog over each other. Morales said in an interview his older siblings would make him practice and having such musical talents in the family almost "forced" him to get better (having to compete and live up to the family standards I guess). Happens with athletes a lot as well (training with each other, constantly having a practice partner to help critique and help you grow).

Alexi,
We all know the story of the Meyer family.

I guess the father taught them... Unfortunately, I'm not having as much success with my own boys. Tuition has to be limited to four minutes before the attitude (from the boys) begins:(
Another example of an excellent clarinet family is the Ottensamer family.

So what happens when one of them gets the position for which they both audition? Or better yet, would they switch off without anyone knowing ????
