Modern Harmonic Patterns for Clarinet by Lyle Spud Murphy - Books II and III.
They will blow you away (really).

WIM - Western International Music has them and the turn around time was pretty fast. You do have to actually talk to a person though (or order via e-mail).

You can use any etude book as sight reading books.There are tons of them. ESP eddiesclarinet.com

IMSLP is lousy with violin and oboe methods that make for good sight-reading practice.
