I have emailed Charles (recently) & had replies using <cbay@baywoodwind.com> . I believe Mr. Bay was in Italy in late '00 & early '01, but has since returned. Good luck. mw
PS - I understand that Mr. bay is putting his finsihing touches on his new Reed Machine which features a diamond in its cutting mechanism.
