 Woodwind All Spray

On the Oboe bboard someone has been advocating spraying this product into their instruments to protect the bore and pads from moisture. Has anyone on this board have any experience of it ?

We clarinet players usually just oil our bores the traditional way. Spraying might leave some areas soaked and some areas with too little.

But I would think it is the same as bore oil. Do you have the name of the product?

I only use Woodwind-All on a cotton bud to remove any excess beeswax after sealing around perforated cork pads and 8ve inserts on oboes/cors or removing excess gilt paste when regilding logos on joints, but don't use it as bore oil or for many other applications as it's mineral oil dissolved in solvent.

The opinions I express are my own.
