I've never tried the e11 even though many of my friends have them and sound fine. But I own the r13 and tried the wooden bliss and was supprised at how good it was. In my opinion it was close if not at the level of my r13

I have a number of students with both, and have found that the Leblanc is a superior instrument acoustically (and for intonation) but that my students have had a much higher degree of "small problems"... thumb rest screws coming loose/out, clanky keys (buffers/silencing stuff coming off after only a few months of use) and the keys being a little less robust that then Buffet (for instance, on 2 Bliss clarinets the right hand side keys for Bflat/eflat and chromatic F# have easily been moved so that the F# key gets locked open by the B flat key... something i've never experienced happening for any students on Buffet).
Sorry i'm writing in such a hurry- must get out the door, but other than these minor problems (that can't be ignored, but aren't major problems) the Bliss has greatly impressed me.

It's not guaranteed to be better you'd have to try the bliss out yourself and decide which one is better for you. And even if it is better its not going to make any drastic changes your sound is 95% yourself and 5% the instrument.
